Hello Willowridge Estates neighbors. Teresa and I retired to Conroe in 2024 from SW Houston. What a
beautiful area that we discovered here. I was on the HOA board in my previous neighborhood that
served over 500 home for over 15 years. I loved being involved in my community. My interest on the
board is to continue the good work that has made this neighborhood a great place to live.
Vice President
Jim Bush
I’m honored to serve as Vice President of our HOA and to be part of keeping our beautiful community well cared for and thriving. My family and I found our forever home here, and we truly see this neighborhood as a small gem of Conroe, Texas. We moved here from Montgomery to be closer to the school our children attend, and it’s been a wonderful decision for our family. I look forward to working alongside the board and our neighbors to help support, strengthen, and enhance the community we’re proud to call home.

Dan Erb
Howdy! I am very happy to live in this community and look forward to serving you all as Treasurer. We moved into Willowridge Estates in 2021 and already have had more neighborly interactions than any of the other places we have lived. I look forward to meeting even more people at our HOA meetings, events, and while walking the dog.

Howdy neighbors! I am honored to serve as the Willowridge Estates HOA secretary. My husband, Colby, along with our 3 children, moved to this hidden gem in 2024 and are proud to call it home. As secretary and social chair, I am committed to clear communication, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration among neighbors. I am excited to help create and strengthen our sense of community where neighbors feel connected and engaged.

Greetings Neighbors! Dana & I have lived in Montgomery County for 25 years and have been WRE residents since 2018. This beautiful neighborhood, located within the city limits of Conroe, checked all the boxes on our forever home wish list. I am committed to do my part to keep this neighborhood a safe & peaceful place to live. I’m honored to serve all my neighbors in any way possible, with the understanding that all of us have an equal voice in matters pertaining to our HOA.
