Place only acceptable recyclables shown below together in your recycling cart- no sorting needed.

Containers should be rinsed and free of food and liquid.

Do not put recyclables in plastic bags.
Bulk Pickup
Bulk waste refers to appliances, furniture and other large household items too large for normal weekly collection.
Brush-For the safety and protection of our employees and equipment, we do require that
branches and tree trimmings be no greater than three inches (3") in diameter and be cut, tied
and bundled in four foot (4') lengths weighing no more than forty to fifty pounds (40-50 lbs.)
.!! NO !! construction debris, household hazardous waste, concrete, bricks, roofing, vehicles or parts, oils, antifreeze, computers, televisions, household waste, dirt, and lumber will be accepted in bulk services

Spring and Fall gatherings
Twice per year we will host a gathering for the entire neighborhood! You can expect things like; Food trucks, Bounce house, Slip n Slide, Drinks and good people!
Bring chairs and shade. This will be hosted in various locations Hope to see you there!
Garage Sale Spring Event
Once per year we will host a neighborhood garage sale. We will place a sign out by the main road to let everyone know the weekend we will be having it. This will happen in the spring time.
FACE BOOK GROUP
There is a neighborhood face book group where many of our community members communicate. We will also post our events and meetings there as well.
This is an unofficial facebook group. The HOA does not own it.
